Scionpro's VS Club Joes Scion xB Build Off Competition for Charity
sponsored by Southeast Toyota Scion

Scion and Southeast Toyota have decided to create this fabulously fun competition to bring awareness to the Scion brand, highlight factory TRD, TMS, and SET parts as well as the ability to personalize your Scion.
The entire event is creating a buzz as team Scionpro's and Team Club Joe's build our cars in secrecy.
We have been given an allotment for factory parts as well as 5000 cash for outside vendor parts/labor
as well as free reign to get as much free stuff as possible to make these cars stellar.

Both cars will be revealed at the Miami International Car show on Oct 23rd and then will tour the country for your vote! At the end of the tour both cars will be auctioned off to benefit several charities. So please join both teams on Facebook in the fun and excitement as we taunt each other with our projects...
there are even spies involved! Bada Bing.... Forgetaboudit!

Exposed 6.0: Ahoy!

Approximately 750+ people attended with 350+ Scions on display this past Saturday. Based on participant feedback, Exposed 6.0 was “the best owners’ event in SET history.” Please know that this event is the result of *Sue Swanson*, *Bob Duffin*, *Steve Swann* and *Doug Kleve* putting in some serious long hours - along with their heart and soul - to not just making Exposed 6.0 special, but an event that was truly remarkable. Special thanks to *Kathleen Kishi-Phillips* for visiting from TMS and providing invaluable support. And “thank you” to the participants for making Exposed such a unique and enjoyable “family re-union” annual event!

We even had a *Honda Civic Club* crash our party. Why? Because they got caught-up in the online buzz! I invited the club of about 10 members to join me for lunch. They couldn’t believe how we roll! I think we made some converts out of them! The truth is we had many *FIRST TIMERS*… people who have never attended an Exposed event – and they were simply blown away by the location, the family-friendly atmosphere, the variety of insane cars, the activities, Chris Rado and of course Captain Jack Sparrow. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the Bounty Pirate Ship into the Sarasota Bay – she draws 13 feet and the bay is only 7 feet deep. (We considered dredging!) Instead we kidnapped Jack and forced him to board the Bounty in St. Petersburg on Sunday. We somehow managed to get the Black Pearl up on the dock with the Bounty and Captain Jack for a photo op to boot. How could we pass that up?Check back shortly for the full video of all the action! Wow this was a big win but I held off until the photos were posted on HIN. I had no intentions of participating in this show but Scion Corporate in Cali had a snafu and no cars in their booth. At their request only 12 hours before the show my team at 1OFFRIDES got the Taxi together,flat bedded it to the show and set up for me in the Scion Corporate booth. I got there an hour after the show started. All the craziness paid off as Debbie and I had a great time and a very unexpected Hottest Mild Scion Win! Thank you to Scion Corporate fro the invite,Mike Kennedy at S.E.T. and William at 1OFFRIDES/Orlando.
